My name is Carmen Romero-Nichols, I am the owner of La Creperie Co. 

I'm originally from Mexico City but have been lucky enough to call Topeka my home for the majority of my life.
I wanted to bring something unique and special to the Topeka area and contribute to the growth and diversity of our community. I created La Creperie Co. to share my love for Crepes, Waffles, and a little piece of me.
